Research and Development
We are a state-appointed research and development base for bus and chassis. Approved in 1985 by the China National Automotive Industries Corporation, an R&D institute was established to study development, technological process design, production tooling manufacturing and technical renovation of buses, as well as new product development, information collection and release, and bus technical standards formulation for China’s bus manufacturing industry. Approved in 1996 by the Ministry of Machine-Building Industry, we have also set up an institute for bus quality control, inspection and appraisal, undertaking bus quality inspection and new production appraisal and testing. It became a provincial-level technical development center in 1998.
